                                                                                         雷羣英 ,博士,教授,博士生導師,萬人計劃入選者,享受政府特殊津貼專家。2002年獲上海醫科大學博士學位 ,之後在美國加州大學洛杉磯分校做博士後研究 ,2006年加入趣赢。研究方向爲腫瘤代謝, 在基金委傑出青年、重點和科技部重大等項目支持下 , 研究成果以通訊作者/共同通訊作者在Cancer Cell、Cell Metabolism、Molecular Cell、J.Clin.Invest. 和Nature Communi.等期刊發表 。目前擔任中國細胞生物學協會細胞代謝分會主委,全國醫學生物化學與分子生物學協會副理事長和上海市生物化學與分子生物學協會副理事長兼祕書長 。

                                                                                   
                                                                                  研究方向
                                                                                         代謝異常是癌症的一個重要標誌 。癌細胞即使在不缺氧的狀態下也優先利用葡萄糖產生乳酸  ,這就是著名的瓦伯格效應(Warburg效應) 。最近的癌症基因組學研究發現癌症的發生和發展與代謝異常有直接關係。目前一個涵蓋癌症細胞內外的異常代謝特徵網絡正在形成, 而這些代謝特徵是如何在腫瘤發生過程中形成且如何改變代謝進而導致癌症發生發展的機制還有很多尚未研究清楚。
                                                                                         課題組通過探索癌細胞對不同營養物質的感受利用  , 確定導致腫瘤細胞代謝改變的關鍵酶 ,並研究其在腫瘤微環境中的新陳代謝功能等等 ,希望能夠闡明癌症發生和發展過程中潛在的代謝機制變化  。
