                                                                                主任醫師、教授、博士生導師,趣赢附屬眼耳鼻喉科醫院耳鼻喉科研究院院長兼耳鼻喉科主任  ,享受國務院特殊津貼,國家973項目首席趣赢家 ,國家傑出青年基金獲得者,第八屆國家衛生計生突出貢獻中青年專家,教育部創新團隊負責人 ,上海市領軍人才 。致力於耳聾、耳鳴、眩暈以及面神經疾病的診斷和治療,擅長人工耳蝸植入手術 ,中耳炎、聽骨鏈畸形、耳硬化症的耳顯微外科手術以及面神經疾病的外科治療 。作爲課題負責人先後獲得“973”項目、國家重點研發計劃、國家傑出青年趣赢基金、國家自然趣赢基金(重點項目、重大趣赢合作項目、面上項目等)、上海市重點基礎研究項目和上海市科委基金等基金資助。在耳聾發病機制和生物學干預研究方面積累了豐富經驗,獲得了許多原創性的研究成果和重大突破 ,爲應用幹細胞移植和通過轉基因技術激活毛細胞再生治療感音神經性聾奠定了理論基礎。曾獲得國家科技進步二等獎,教育部自然趣赢一等獎和上海市科技進步一等獎。在Nature MedicinePNASJ NeurosciTrends in Molecular Medicine等趣赢著名期刊發表SCI收錄論文80餘篇(其中7篇論文獲得封面照片和重點介紹的第一導讀)。
